Withdrawals:
Players can only use a payment method to withdraw if they have previously made a deposit via the same method. If you have never deposited before then you will see all withdrawal options available.
Provided that you have uploaded a valid photo ID in your Player Admin, your withdrawal request would be processed as soon as possible. Delivery times can vary from 3 to 10 business days.
